Where are the casings in the oil well

The oil pipe is the pipe that goes into the oil casing pipe of the oil well under normal production.In the flowing well,oil flows into the ground through tubing and enters the gathering and transportation process.In mechanical production wells,oil pipes,sucker rods and deep well pumps(i.e."three pumping"machines and equipment)are used to pump oil out of the ground and into the gathering and transportation process.

 

The oil casing pipe is the pipe that is put into the well after the drilling is completed.The oil casing pipe and the well wall are sealed with concrete,and then the perforating gun is used to aim at the target layer for perforating,so that the oil flows through the rock layer,the concrete ring,and the oil casing pipe into the bottom of the well,and then enters the oil pipe to the ground.The specific functions are as follows:1.Fix the well wall to avoid formation collapse;2.Seal different oil and water layers to realize layer by layer mining;3.It is conducive to the completion of fracturing,acidizing and other measures and maintainable operations.5.Establish oil flow channel and match with tubing to achieve the goal of oil production.

 

The sequence is as follows:after the oil well is completed,place the oil casing pipe,seal the oil casing pipe with the well wall with concrete,and place the oil pipe in the oil casing pipe.The oil pipe is equipped with downhole tools such as oil seal separator and pump.A sucker rod is placed in the oil pipe.The sucker rod pulls the piston rod of the pump up and down repeatedly.In this way,the oil is pumped out of the ground.
