Pipe cap

Pipe caps, also known as heads, plugs, caps, pipe covers and bulkhead, are pipe fittings welded on pipe ends or installed on external threads of pipe ends to cover and plug pipes. It is used to close the pipeline and has the same function as the pipe plug.

 

Welded pipe caps are not removable. The pipe cap includes the design of convex pipe cap, conical shell, reducing section, flat cap and tight mouth. The convex tube cap comprises a hemispherical tube cap, an elliptical tube cap, a dish shaped tube cap and a spherical crown shaped tube cap.
